Notice is hereby given that the following resolutions were passed on 19 March 2026, as a special resolution and ordinary resolutions respectively:
"That the company be wound up voluntarily"; and
"That Rachel Hotham and Richard Warwick, both of Milsted Langdon, Winchester House, Deane Gate Avenue, Taunton, Somerset, TA1 2UH, be appointed joint liquidators of the Company for the purposes of the voluntary winding-up"; and
"That the liquidators be authorised to act jointly and severally in the liquidation. That any act required or authorised under any enactment to be done by the joint liquidators, may be done by all or any one or more of the persons holding the office of liquidator from time to time."
