NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the creditors of the above named company, which is being voluntarily wound up, must send their full names and addresses (and those of their Solicitors, if any), together with full particulars of their debts or claims to the Liquidator at The Timothy James Partnership Limited at Darwin House, 7 Kidderminster Road, Bromsgrove B61 7JJ by 30 April 2026.
The distribution may be made without regard to the claim of any person in respect of a debt not proved.
