Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Block Transfer Order of District Judge Banks dated 8 March 2026 upon the application of Deviesh Raikundalia (IP number: 13890), Tyrone Courtman (IP number: 7237), Gareth Harris (IP number: 14412), James Dowers (IP number: 14450), Damian Webb (IP number: 14970), Glen Carter (IP number: 26072), James Hawksworth (IP number: 22450), Guy Edward Brook Mander (IP number: 8845), Nedim Ailyan (IP number: 9072), Christopher Ratten (IP number: 9338), Karen Spears (IP number: 8854), Lee Van Lockwood (IP number: 13050) (the "Applicants"), Deviesh Raikundalia was removed as Office Holder in the cases listed in the schedule annexed to the Order (“Case Schedule”) and the following persons were appointed as Office Holders in accordance with the below schedule:

• Tyrone Courtman (IP number: 7237) of RSM UK Restructuring Advisory LLP, Rivermead House, 7 Lewis Court, Grove Park, Leicester, LE19 1SD

• Gareth Harris (IP number: 14412) of RSM UK Restructuring Advisory LLP, Fifth Floor, Central Square, 29 Wellington Street, Leeds, LS1 4DL

• James Woodhead (IP number: 29832) of RSM UK Restructuring Advisory LLP, Central Square, 29 Wellington Street, Leeds, LS1 4DL

• James Dowers (IP number: 14450) of RSM UK Restructuring Advisory LLP, 25 Farringdon Street, London, EC4A 4AB

• Matthew Woodcock (IP number: 32510) of Restructuring Advisory LLP, Ninth Floor, St. Peters Square, 1 Oxford Street, Manchester, M1 4PB

• Jack Plunkett (IP number: 29830) of Restructuring Advisory LLP, 25 Farringdon Street, London, EC4A 4AB

• Christopher Ratten (IP number: 9338) of RSM UK Restructuring Advisory LLP, Ninth Floor, St. Peters Square, 1 Oxford Street, Manchester, M1 4PB

All removals and replacement appointments were made with immediate effect.

It has been ordered that:

1. In respect of those Administrations, Company Voluntary Arrangements, Creditors' Voluntary Liquidations, Members' Voluntary Liquidations, and Compulsory Liquidations as listed in the Schedule to this Order and which are the subject of proceedings in the County Court, the Companies Court or other District Registries in England and Wales, those proceedings be transferred to the High Court of Justice, Business and Property Court in Manchester, Insolvency and Companies List (ChD) solely for the purpose of this application and thereafter transferred back to the relevant Court.

2. The First Applicant, Deviesh Raikundalia (“the Outgoing Office Holder") be removed from office as Joint Liquidator and/or Administrator (as the case may be) of the Estates listed in the Schedule to this Order ("the Block Transfer Cases")' with immediate effect without being required to (i) use one of the decision procedures or deemed consent procedure set out in the Insolvency Act 1986 (as amended) (the Act) or the Rules for the Block Transfer Cases; or (ii) apply to the Secretary of State for release or discharge as appropriate pursuant to s173(2)(b) of the Insolvency Act 1986 as the case may be, or (iii) file a receipts and payment account.

3. In respect of BRSL Realisations Limited - in administration and CPFL Realisations Limited – in administration (page 1 of the Block Transfer Cases), the Outgoing Office Holder will be removed but not replaced, and the existing officeholders, James Hawksworth and James Dowers, will continue to act as Joint Administrators.

4. The individuals listed in the Schedule in the column headed 'Replacement Office Holder' ("the Replacement Office Holders") be appointed as the replacement office holder in respect of the relevant Block Transfer Cases with immediate effect without being required to (i) use one of the decision procedures or deemed consent procedure set out in the Insolvency Act 1986 (as amended) (“the Act”) or the Rules for the Block Transfer Cases; or (ii) apply to the Secretary of State for release or discharge as appropriate pursuant to s173(2)(b) of the Insolvency

5. The Outgoing Office Holder be granted their release or discharge from any and all liability past, present or future in respect of any act(s) and/or omissions in relation to their conduct as Outgoing Office Holder of the estates, such release to take effect 14 days after the publication in the London Gazette as required by paragraph 6 below, save in respect of any claim notified to the Outgoing Office Holder pursuant to the Act and/or pursuant to such other provision as may apply on or prior to the notice date and save that such release may be subject to a further Order in the event of an application by any creditor or, in the case of members’ voluntary liquidations any member, under paragraph 8 below for the specific case subject to that application.

6. The Applicants shall as soon as reasonably practicable following receipt of the sealed order:

a. Publish in the London Gazette one composite notice relating to all new appointments under this order;

b. In relation to those cases where they are the continuing or Replacement Office Holder and to the extent required by law:

i. file with the Registrar of Companies any notices in respect of the Outgoing Office Holders' removal and replacement; and

ii. notify the Secretary of State of the making of this order.

7. The Applicants shall, in relation to those Block Transfer Cases where they are the continuing or Replacement Office Holder, notify creditors (and members where appropriate), in their next routine report of the making of this order and provide an explanation of the effects of this order including specifically referring to creditors' liberty (or members’) to apply to discharge or vary this Order.

8. There be liberty to each creditor or, in the case of any members' voluntary liquidation, any member, of each estate to apply to vary or discharge this order within 7 days of the receipt of the notice directly to be sent under paragraph 7 above.

9. The Outgoing Office Holder shall file a copy of this Order with each of the Courts listed in the Schedule attached to this Order.

10. Where any of the companies in administration listed in the Schedule to this Order move into Creditors’ Voluntary Liquidation pursuant to paragraph 83(6) of Schedule B1 to the Insolvency Act 1986 and the Outgoing Office Holder has been nominated as liquidator under paragraph 83(7)(a) or would otherwise be appointed liquidator by reason of being administrator under paragraph 83(7)(b) of the said Schedule B1, the relevant Replacement Office Holder will be treated as having been nominated in place of the Outgoing Office Holder and will be appointed liquidator in any case where the Outgoing Office Holder would have been so appointed but for this Order.

11. The terms of the Order shall not apply to any case which is listed in the Block Transfer Cases but which, prior to the Order being sealed by the Court, is concluded and the case closed (in which case for the avoidance of doubt the appointment of the relevant Replacement Office Holder will not take effect).

12. The parties have liberty to apply to the Court to amend the Order to include any appointments held by the Outgoing Office Holder which have been inadvertently omitted from this Application.

13. Such further order or other relief or direction as the Court shall deem fit.

14. No order as to costs
