Pursuant to section 10(1) of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, notice is hereby given by Aberdeen European Infrastructure GP Limited that with effect from 13 March 2026, abrdn Holdings Limited (formerly Aberdeen Asset Management plc) of 1 George Street, Edinburgh, United Kingdom, EH2 2LL (the "Departing Limited Partner") transferred all of its interest in Aberdeen European Infrastructure Partners LP (registered number LP014271) (the "Partnership") to Stichting Depositary APG Infrastructure Pool 2011 (acting in its capacity as depositary of APG Infrastructure Pool 2011) of Oude Lindestraat 70, Heerlen, 6411 EJ and that, with effect from 13 March 2026, the Departing Limited Partner shall cease to be a limited partner in the Partnership.
