1. That the Company be wound up voluntarily.
2. That Andrew Turpin of Poppleton & Appleby be appointed Liquidator of the Company.
3. That the Liquidator be authorised to distribute any of the Company`s assets in specie.
4. That the Liquidator`s fees be charged as a fixed fee of £15,000 (inclusive of expenses) plus VAT for dealing with all matters relating to the liquidation
