Notice under the Trustee Act 1925

Natixis Pension Scheme (“the Scheme”)

This Notice relates to the Scheme which closed to future benefit accrual on 31 March 2011. The Scheme is the result of a merger of two schemes, the Natixis Retirement Benefits Scheme and the Natixis Commodity Markets Limited Pension & Assurance Scheme, on 1 October 2014.

Pursuant to section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925, the Trustees of the Scheme hereby give notice of their intention to wind up the Scheme and distribute its assets and require any person having an interest in the Scheme to send particulars of their interest or claim in respect of the Scheme to the Trustees within the next two months. After this time, the Trustees may distribute all or any of the assets of the Scheme, to or among the persons entitled thereto, having regard only to the interests or claims, whether formal or not of which the Trustees then have had notice. The Trustees shall not, then, be liable to any person of whose claim the Trustees have not had notice at or before the time of distribution.

Notification is not required from those who already receive a pension from the Scheme or who have received correspondence from the Trustees within the last twelve months.

Interested parties should write to the following address, providing full details of their claim and any benefits they believe they may be entitled to, including their full name, address, National Insurance number, dates of employment and copies of any relevant documents:
