"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Hayley Watson (IP No. 23450) and Richard Bloomfield (IP No. 28390) both of FRP Advisory Trading Limited, Dencora Court, 2 Meridian Way, Norwich, NR7 0TA be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such winding up and that anything required or authorised to be done by the Liquidators be done by both or either of them."
