THE WILFRED T. FRY LIMITED RETIREMENT BENEFITS SCHEME

Notice is hereby given pursuant to section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925 (as amended) that the Scheme commenced winding-up on 5 February 2026.

The Trustee has taken all reasonable steps to contact the members and beneficiaries of the Scheme for whom they have records. An announcement has been sent to those members and beneficiaries and their benefits under the Scheme have been identified.

If you have not already received the announcement from the Trustee and you believe you may be entitled to benefits from the Scheme, please provide written details of your claim (specifying your full name, address and any particulars of your claim and a copy of any documentation that support your claim) to:

All claims set out above must be received no later than 13 May 2026. After this time, the Trustee will proceed with the winding-up of the Scheme and the distribution of its assets having regard only to the claims and interests of which they have received prior notice and the Trustee shall not be liable in respect of any claims, entitlements or interests which have not been so notified to it.
