Notice is hereby given that on the 10 March 2026 the Welsh Ministers made the above Order, which will come into force on 11 March 2026.

The effect of the Order is as stated in Notice 5052993, placed in the London Gazette issue number 64989 dated 11 February 2026.

During a period of 6 weeks from 11 March 2026, the made Order and plans may be inspected free of charge, during normal opening hours at Llandeilo Library, Market Hall, Carmarthen Street, Llandeilo, SA19 6BJ. The documents can also be viewed on the Welsh Government’s website at https://gov.wales/road-orders or obtained, free of charge, by e-mailing TransportOrdersBranch@gov.wales or writing to Orders Branch, Transport, Welsh Government, Cathays Park, Cardiff CF10 3NQ, quoting reference number qA2325931.

If any person desires to question the validity of the Order, or of any provisions contained therein on the grounds:

a. that it is not within the relevant powers of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984; or

b. that any of the relevant requirements have not been complied with,

that person may, within 6 weeks of 10 March 2026, apply to the High Court for the suspension or quashing of the Order or of any provision contained therein.
