NOTICE OF VARIATION OF ON STREET PARKING CHARGES

1. Notice is hereby given that the Council of the London Borough of Hackney, under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended, by this notice of variation, hereby varies the above-mentioned Order (as amended) so that the charges specified therein and which apply to the parking places on the highway designated by that Order, are now revised and superseded by the following new parking charges specified in the Schedule to this Notice. The provisions of this Notice will come into effect on Monday 6th April 2026.
2. The following changes for parking charges in the above mentioned the Hackney (Parking Places) (Map Based) (Consolidation) Order 2018 (TT1302).
3. The following changes replace any planned parking charges as mentioned in the Hackney (Parking Places) (Map Based) (Consolidation) (Amendment No. 196) Order 2024 (TT1654)
