Notice is hereby given pursuant to section 27 (1) of the Trustee Act 1925 that MCPS Corporate Trustee Limited ("the Trustee") is winding up the Mothercare Executive Pension Scheme ("the Scheme"), which has previously been known as the Mothercare Limited Pension Scheme A and the Storehouse Senior Management Scheme. If you have received a communication from the Trustee regarding the wind up of the Scheme, then you do not need to take any action.

Any former employees of Mothercare Global Brand Limited or any of the companies listed below* who believe that they are entitled to benefits from the Scheme (or that they have any other interest, claim or entitlement in relation to the Scheme) should provide details to the Trustee by emailing Mothercare@qallp.co.uk

Any person who has any claim against or interest in the Scheme, should set out the particulars in writing within 2 months of the date of publication of this advertisement. Claimants should provide their full name, address, date of birth, National Insurance number, any documents supporting their claim and the period during which they worked for the relevant company.

After that 2 month period, the Trustee may distribute the assets of the Scheme amongst the persons entitled thereto, having regard only to the claims and interests of which it has prior notice. The Trustee will not, as regards the assets so distributed, be liable to any person of whose claim it does not have notice.
