NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on 19 February 2026 a Petition was presented to Kilmarnock Sheriff Court by Alastair Dick Tarmac Limited and Alastair Ryan Dick both of Units 1-3 Ayr Road, Kilmarnock, KA1 5LF in respect of ALASTAIR DICK TARMAC LIMITED, (company registration number SC448676), having its registered office at Units 1-3 Ayr Road, Kilmarnock, KA1 5LF (“the Company”), craving the Court inter alia, that an administration order be granted in respect of the Company and that interim administrators be appointed, in which petition Sheriff Bissett, by interlocutor dated 23 February 2026, ordained any persons claiming an interest, to lodge answers thereto if so advised, in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Sheriff Court at Kilmarnock, Sheriff Court House, St Marnock St, Kilmarnock KA1 1ED within twenty one days after intimation, service or advertisement, and in the meantime appointed Kevin Mapstone of Begbies Traynor (Central) LLP, 2 Bothwell Street, Glasgow, G2 6NT, as interim administrator and authorised him to exercise the powers set out in Part II of the Insolvency Act 1986 of all of which notice is hereby given.
