NOTICE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an application to appoint liquidators of EVEN SINCERITY LIMITED, of Vistra Corporate Services Centre, Wickhams Cay II, Road Town, Tortola, British Virgin Islands (“the Company”) by the High Court of Justice was presented to the said Court on 5th January, 2026 by The Attorney General of the Virgin Islands, of TTT Building, Wickhams Cay 1, Road Town, Tortola, Virgin Islands VG1110 (the “Application”).
The Application will be heard on the 2nd day of March, 2026 at the Commercial Court, Road Town, Tortola, British Virgin Islands at a time to be specified in the final Commercial Court List. Any creditor or contributory of the Company desirous to support or oppose the making of an order on the said Application may appear before the Commercial Court in the forenoon by himself or his Counsel for that purpose; and a copy of the Application will be furnished to any creditor or contributory of the Company by the undersigned on payment of the regulated charge for the same.
NOTE: Any person who intends to appear at the hearing of the said Application (whether to support or oppose the Application) must give notice of their intention to do so to the undersigned in accordance with Rule 162 of the Insolvency Rules 2005 (as revised) by 4:00 pm on the 27th February, 2026. The notice of intention to appear shall be in writing and shall specify the name, address and contact details of the person giving notice, indicate whether it is his intention to support or oppose the Application; and if he is a creditor, the amount of his debt or if he is not a creditor the grounds upon which he supports or opposes the Application.
