1. The London Borough of Hounslow hereby gives notice that on 04 February 2026 it made the above Orders under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The Orders will come into operation on 06 February 2026.

2. The general effect of these Orders will be to:

(a) make the following waiting and loading restriction amendments:

(i) revoke no waiting at any time restrictions on Clovelly Road, Hounslow;

(ii) introduce a no waiting at any time restriction on Clovelly Road, Hounslow:

(a) both sides, between the north-western kerb line of Lampton Road and the north-western most extremity of Clovelly Road;

(iii) introduce a no waiting between Mon-Sat 8am-6.30pm restriction on Lodge Close, Isleworth, south-west side, from the south-eastern kerb-line of London Road to a point 18.3 metres south-east of that kerb-line;

(iv) introduce a no waiting at any time restriction on Lodge Close, north-east and south-east side, from the south-eastern kerb-line of London Road to a point 12.0 metres north-west of the south-western building line of No. 10 Lodge Close;

(v) introduce a no waiting at any time restriction on Hounslow Gardens, Hounslow:

(a) both sides, from the northern kerb-line of Hounslow Avenue, northwards for a distance of 6.5 metres;

(b) east and south side, from the rear property boundary wall of Nos. 3 Hounslow Gardens, in a clockwise direction, to the common property of Nos. 12/12B Hounslow Gardens;

(vi) introduce a no loading at any time restriction on Staines Road, Hounslow:

(a) both sides, the service road fronting Nos.30 and 32 Staines Road and Nos.34 to 62 Staines Road, Hounslow;

(b) north-west side, from its junction with Parsonage Road to a point 2.0 metres south-west of the boundary wall of Nos. 165/167 Staines Road;

(c) north-west side, from the south-western kerb-line of Wivenhoe Court, Staines Road, Hounslow to a point 4.8 metres south-west of the boundary wall of Nos. 359/361 Staines Road, Hounslow;

(d) north-west side, from a point 15.6 metres south-west of the boundary wall of Nos. 359/361 Staines Road to a point 19.0 metres north-east of the boundary wall of Nos. 386/388 Staines Road;

(e) north-west side, from a point 2.0 metres south-west of the boundary wall of Nos. 386/388 Staines Road to the north-eastern building line of No. 391 Staines Road, Hounslow;

(f) north-west side, from the south-western boundary of No.397a Staines Road to a point 5.5 metres south-west of the party wall of Nos.491/493 Staines Road;

(g) north-west side, from a point 17.5 metres south-west of the party wall of Nos.491/493 Staines Road to its junction with Staines Road, Feltham (centre of Barber Bridge);

(h) south-east side, from the north-eastern kerb-line of Cromwell Street to the boundary wall of Nos. 204/206 Staines Road, Hounslow;

(i) south-east side, between a point opposite the south-western kerb-line of Wivenhoe Court, Staines Road, Hounslow and a point opposite the south-western boundary of No.397a Staines Road, Hounslow, but excluding the lay-by fronting Nos.358 to 368 Staines Road;

(j) south-east side, from a point opposite the south-western kerb-line of Barrack Road to a point opposite the north-eastern kerb-line of Green Lane;

(k) south-east side, from a point 10.0 metres north-east of the north-eastern kerb-line of Laburnum Grove and a point opposite the south-western boundary of No.397a Staines Road, Hounslow, but excluding the lay-by fronting Nos.358 to 368 Staines Road;

(l) south-east side, from the south-western kerb-line of the westernmost arm of Munster Avenue to a point 2 metres west of the party wall of Nos. 432 and 434 Staines Road;

(m) south-east side, from a point 1 metre east of the party wall of Nos. 442 and 444 Staines Road to its junction with Staines Road, Feltham (centre of Barber Bridge);

(n) north-west side, from a point 11.8 metres south-west of the boundary wall of Nos. 171/173 Staines Road to the north-eastern building line of No. 213 Staines Road;

(o) north-west side, from the south-western kerb-line of Wivenhoe Court, Staines Road, Hounslow to a point 4.8 metres southwest of the boundary wall of Nos. 359/361 Staines Road, Hounslow;

(p) north-west side, from a point 15.6 metres south-west of the boundary wall of Nos. 359/361 Staines Road to a point 19.0 metres north-east of the boundary wall of Nos. 386/388 Staines Road;

(q) north-west side, from a point 2.0 metres south-west of the boundary wall of Nos. 386/388 Staines Road to the north-eastern building line of No. 391 Staines Road, Hounslow;

(r) north-west side, from the south-western kerb-line of Barrack Road to the north-eastern kerb-line of Green Lane;

(s) north-east side, from its junction with Grove Road to a point 2.0 metres south-west of the boundary wall of Nos. 165/167 Staines Road.

(vii) introduce no loading between Mon-Fri 7am-10am and 4pm-7pm and Sat 10am-4pm restriction on Staines Road, Hounslow, south-east side, from a point opposite the north-eastern wall of No. 84 Staines Road, Hounslow to the north-eastern kerb-line of Cromwell Street;

(viii) introduce no loading between Mon-Fri 8am-9.30am and 4.30pm-6.30pm restriction on Staines Road, Hounslow:

(a) south-east side, from the boundary wall of Nos. 204/206 Staines Road, Hounslow to a point opposite the south-western kerb-line of Wivenhoe Court, Staines Road, Hounslow;

(b) south-east side, from a point opposite the south-western boundary of No.397a Staines Road, Hounslow to a point opposite the south-western kerb-line of Barrack Road;

(c) south-east side, from a point opposite the south-western boundary of No.397a Staines Road, Hounslow to the north-eastern kerb-line of westernmost arm of Munster Avenue;

(d) north-west side, from the south-western boundary of N0397a Staines Road, Hounslow to the south-western kerb-line of Barrack Road.

(ix) introduce no loading between Mon-Sat 8am-6.30pm restriction on Staines Road, Hounslow, north-west side, from the north-eastern kerb-line of Green Lane, Hounslow to its junction with Staines Road, Feltham.

3. Documents giving further information of the Orders can be viewed for a period of six weeks from the date of this Notice online at hounslow.gov.uk by typing in the term “traffic notices” in the search bar.

4. Any person desiring to question the validity of the Orders or any provision contained therein on the grounds that they are not within the relevant powers of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or that any of the relevant regulations made thereunder have not been complied with in relation to the Orders may, within six weeks of the date on which the Orders were made, make an application for the purpose to the High Court.
