1. That the Company be wound up voluntarily.

2. That Samantha Hawkins of Hawkins Insolvency Limited be appointed Liquidator of the Company.

3. That the Liquidator fees be charged as a fixed fee of £4,000 plus expenses and VAT for dealing with all matters relating to the liquidation.

4. That the Liquidator may charge a fixed fee of £1,000 plus VAT should the Liquidation remain open for longer than 12 months.
