MOODY JOINT VENTURE PARTNERSHIP

Notice is hereby given pursuant to the Partnership Act 1890 that the partnership carried on under the name Moody Joint Venture Partnership (MJV Partnership), whose business consists of property investment and property management, has undergone the following changes with effect from 21 October 2025:

1. Mr Timothy John Ellis (New Partner), of Manor Farm, Lin stead Road, The Green, Huntingfield, Halesworth, Suffolk IP19 0QP, has been admitted as a Partner of the MJV Partnership.

2. Mrs Sally Jane Ellis (Continuing Partner) has continued as a Partner.

3. All the other partners of the MJV Partnership retired from the MJV Partnership on 21 October 2025 and the MJV Partnership has with effect from 21 October 2025 been carried on by the Continuing Partner and the New Partner under the terms of the Partnership Agreement as amended by the Deed of Retirement and Adherence dated 21 October 2025.

The Partnership continues without dissolution, and the Continuing Partner and New Partner assume responsibility for the ongoing conduct of the Partnership business from the above date.
