NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Article 80 of The Insolvency (Northern Ireland) Order 1989 that a Final Meeting of the Members of the above named Company will be held at The Old Town Hall, 71 Christchurch Road, Ringwood, BH24 1DH on 3 March 2026 at 11.00am for the purpose of having an account laid before them by the Liquidators showing the manner in which the winding-up of the Company has been conducted and the property of the Company has been disposed of, and of hearing any explanations that may be given by the Liquidators.

A Member entitled to attend and vote at the meeting may appoint a proxy to attend and vote in their place. It is not necessary for the proxy to be a Member. Proxy forms must be lodged with the Liquidators at the above address no later than 12.00 noon on 2 March 2026.
