The King has been pleased by Royal Warrant under His Royal Sign Manual dated 13th January 2026 to appoint Barbara Scott Baroness Young of Old Scone, as chair of the Forestry Commission for a period of four years commencing on and from the 10th day of February 2026 until and concluding on the 9th day of February 2030.
