NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907 that, with effect from 23 December 2025, Wittington Investments PEF (GBP) Ltd has transferred all of its interest in the Partnership to Mantra Special Investments – MSI-S SCA-SIF and, on that date, Mantra Special Investments – MSI-S SCA-SIF was admitted as a limited partner of the Partnership and Wittington Investments PEF (GBP) Ltd ceased to be a limited partner of the Partnership.
