Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that Hamilton Lane Private Equity Fund VII, L.P. transferred its entire interest in Actis Emerging Markets 3 “C” LP, a limited partnership registered in England and Wales with number LP012640 (the “Partnership”), to CSP IV Holdings, L.P. As a result of the transfer, Hamilton Lane Private Equity Fund VII, L.P. ceased to be a limited partner of the Partnership and CSP IV Holdings, L.P. was admitted as a limited partner of the Partnership.
