The Secretary of State gives notice of an Order made under Section 247 of the above Act entitled "The Stopping up of Highway (South East) (No.37) Order 2025" authorising the stopping up of an eastern part width of Old Brighton Road South at Pease Pottage, in the District of Mid Sussex. This is to enable development as permitted by Mid Sussex District Council under reference DM/22/3432.

Copies of the Order may be obtained, free of charge, from the Secretary of State, National Transport Casework Team, PO Box 1393, Newcastle Upon Tyne, NE99 5FQ or nationalcasework@dft.gov.uk (quoting NATTRAN/SE/S247/6020). They may also be inspected during normal opening hours at Broadfield Library, 46 Broadfield Barton, Broadfield, Crawley, RH11 9BA.

Any person who wishes to challenge the validity of the decision to make the Order may apply to the High Court within 6 weeks from 07 January 2026.
