"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Joseph Fox (IP No. 29292) and Kelly Burton (IP No. 11750) both of FRP Advisory Trading Limited, The Manor House, 260 Ecclesall Road South, Sheffield, S11 9PS be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such winding up and that anything required or authorised to be done by the Liquidators be done by both or either of them."
