The application of Gareth Harris and Lee Van Lockwood, the Joint Administrators of Brinklow Marina ltd (in administration) (the Company) for (inter alia) orders in respect of the following:

• an order for an extension of the period of the administration of the Company;

• an order for permission to make a distribution to the creditors of the Company who are neither secured nor preferential;

• directions on the distribution of surplus funds in the administration once creditor claims and administration costs have been satisfied;

• directions and orders in respect of the ending of the administration of the Company; and

• directions and orders in respect of the discharge of the Joint Administrators from liability on the ending of the administration of the Company,

will be heard at the Business and Property Courts in Leeds, Fourth Floor, West Gate, 6 Grace Street, Leeds LS1 2RP.
