Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925 that the Trustees of the Field Systems Designs Limited Pension Scheme (the “Scheme”) are taking action to secure benefits with an insurer and are winding up the Scheme.

If you have received a communication from the Trustees regarding the winding up of the Scheme, then you do not need to take any action. Any former employees of Field Systems Designs Limited (Company Number: 02892302) or an associated company, who believe that they were members of the Scheme and who are not receiving a pension from the Scheme or who have not received announcements from the Trustees of the Scheme are required to write to the Trustees c/o Field Systems Designs Limited, Blackbrook House, Dorking Business Park, Station Road, Dorking, RH4 1HJ to make a claim for benefits under the Scheme.

Claimants should provide their full name, address, date of birth, national insurance number and the period during which they worked for the Field Systems Designs Limited or any associated company and any documents supporting their claim. Claims must be made within 2 months of the date of publication of this advertisement.

In addition, if any person or persons have any other claims against or interest in the Scheme, they are requested to write to the Trustees at the above address setting out particulars of such a claim in writing within 2 months of the date of publication of this advertisement.

After that date, the Trustees of the Scheme will proceed to complete the winding-up of the Scheme having regard only to valid claims or interests of which the Trustees shall then have had notice and will not be liable to any other person.
