1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on the 18th December 2025 the Council of the London Borough of Havering did make the above-mentioned Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended

2. The general effect of the Order will be to:-

a) Allow Hornchurch business permit holders to park their vehicles on Monday to Saturday in the following Off-Street Council Car Parks detailed below

: i) Fentiman Way Car Park, Hornchurch.

ii) Appleton Way Car Park, Hornchurch.

3. Copies of the Orders, which will come into force on the 22nd December 2025, other relevant Orders, and other documents giving more detailed particulars of the Orders, can be obtained by emailing schemes@havering.gov.uk, until the expiration of a period of six weeks from the date on which the Orders are made.

4. If any person wishes to question the validity of either of the Orders, or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or that any requirement of the Act or of any instrument under the Act has not been complied with, that person may, within six weeks of the date on which the Orders are made, apply for the purpose to the High Court.
