BLOCK TRANSFER OF APPOINTMENTS
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Order of ICC Judge Agnello KC in the High Court of Justice, Business and Property Courts of England and Wales, Companies and Insolvency List dated 11 December 2025 (the "Order"):-
That Michael John Summersgill, insolvency practitioner, C/O Teneo Financial Advisory Limited, Colmore Building, 20 Colmore Circus Queensway, Birmingham, B4 6AT (IP No: 9058) be removed from the office of (i) joint administrator of the companies numbered 1 and 3 below; and (ii) joint liquidator of the company numbered 2 below and that Michael William Jerome Tagg (IP No: 14730), insolvency practitioner C/O Teneo Financial Advisory Limited, Colmore Building, 20 Colmore Circus Queensway, Birmingham, B4 6AT, be appointed joint administrator or joint liquidator (as applicable) alongside the remaining office-holder in relation to the below noted companies.
That in respect of his appointment as joint administrator of the companies numbered 1 and 3 below, that Michael John Summersgill be discharged from any liability in respect of his actions as joint administrator and released from office 21 days after the advertisement of this Order in the London Gazette.

That the creditors in each of the cases listed above be notified of the Order by this notice within 21 days of the date of the Order and at the time of the next statutory reporting requirement for each case.
That any creditor in respect of any of the companies / debtors listed above who has an objection to the Order shall have 21 days from the date of this notice to apply to court to set aside or vary the terms of the Order. Such application shall not affect the transfer of the block transfer cases listed above until further or other order by the Court.
That the outgoing officeholder shall file a copy of the Order with the Court listed above and shall serve a copy of the Order on the Secretary of State.
That there be no order as regards the costs of the application.
