S27 NOTICE – EDWARDIAN GROUP PENSION SCHEME

NOTICE UNDER SECTION 27 OF THE TRUSTEE ACT 1925

EDWARDIAN GROUP PENSION SCHEME

In accordance with section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925, notice is given that the winding-up of the Edwardian Group Pension Scheme (“the Scheme”) will shortly be completed.

The Trustees requests that (a) any employee or former employee of the Edwardian Group Limited or any of its subsidiaries who thinks they may be a member of the Scheme; (b) the spouse or dependant of any such person, if that person is deceased, who thinks that they might be entitled to benefits from the Scheme; and (c) any other person who believes that they may have a claim against the Scheme, and who has not already been contacted by the Trustees, provides written particulars of any such entitlement or claim, on or before 21 February 2026 to:

After this date, the Trustees will complete the winding-up of the Scheme and, in doing so, will have regard only to the claims of which they currently have notice. The Trustees shall then not be liable to any person whose claim has not been notified to them by the date stated in this notice.
