Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that Selected Private Equity Funds II Ky (the "Transferor") has transferred its entire interest in the Partnership to Kline Hill Partners Core V SPV LLC (the "Transferee"). As a result, the Transferor has ceased to be a limited partner in the Partnership, and the Transferee has become a limited partner in the Partnership.
