Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 29/08/2025 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 20/11/2025, as person having parental responsibility on behalf of Lucy Clara Hartley-Rayson, who is a child, single, and a British Citizen, under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Lucy Clara Rayson and assumed the name of Lucy Clara Hartley-Rayson.
