Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 08/08/2025 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 13/11/2025, as person having parental responsibility on behalf of Isla Grace-Anne Follis-Humphries, who is a child, single, and a British Citizen, under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Isla Grace-Anne Humphries and assumed the name of Isla Grace-Anne Follis-Humphries.
