NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a General Meeting of the Members of the above company will be held at Grant Thornton Limited, Third Floor, Exchange House, 54/62, Athol Street, Douglas, Isle of Man, IM1 1JD on the 6 January 2026 at 11:00am, and at any adjournment thereof, for the purpose of having an account laid before them and to receive the Liquidator’s report showing how the winding up of the company has been conducted and its property disposed of and the hearing of any explanations that may be given by the Liquidator and also of determining the manner in which the books and papers of the Company be disposed of. Any member entitled to attend and vote at the above-mentioned meeting may appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him and such proxy need not also be a member.
