Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 19/10/2024 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 20/10/2025, I, Jen-Annuska Iam, Flat 12 Bishop Court, Castle Grove, Stoke-On-Trent, ST2 8NZ Divorced/Civil Partnership Dissolved and a British Citizen under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Jenny Annuska Lockitt and assumed the name of Jen-Annuska Iam.
