Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 26/04/2025 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 20/10/2025, I, Elijah Moon Evergreen, Flat 5 73 West Pottergate, Norwich, NR2 4BN Single and a British Citizen under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Eleanor Mary Smith and assumed the name of Elijah Moon Evergreen.
