Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 27/04/2025 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 21/10/2025, I, Hannah-May Mackenzie Yetman, Priory Place, Grange Lane, Little Dunmow, Essex, CM6 3HY Single and a British Citizen under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Hannah May Yetman and assumed the name of Hannah-May Mackenzie Yetman.
