Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 25/06/2025 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 22/09/2025, I, Helen Susie Bartram, 5 Meadowlands Wrentham Beccles NR34 7FE, Single, and a British Citizen, under section 11(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Helen Ethel Church and assumed the name of Helen Susie Bartram.
