Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 20/12/2024 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 24/09/2025, I, Prudence Ellen Gaye Vaid, 51 Balfe Street London N1 9EF, Married/Civil Partnership, and a British Citizen, under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Prudence Ellen Gaye Wade and assumed the name of Prudence Ellen Gaye Vaid.
