NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Havering proposes to make amendments to the following Orders as follows under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended

a) Introduce a Disabled persons parking bay on:

i) Tarnworth Road outside no. 65

ii) Palmerstone Road outside no. 4

iii) Boulter Gardens in the layby fronting opposite no. 9

iv) Briscoe Road outside no. 126

b) Change the existing disabled parking bay to a dedicated disabled parking bay on Tarnworth Road, opposite nos. 15 and 17

c) Remove a free parking bay on Cedar Gardens outside no. 18 and replace it with a Monday to Saturday 8am to 6.30pm waiting restriction d) Extend the residents parking bay opposite no. 11 Saxon Close by 5 metres at its eastern end

e) Remove a section of residents parking bay outside no. 5 Saxon Close and replace it with a Monday to Friday 10.30am to 11.30am waiting restriction

f) Introduce no waiting at any time restrictions on:

i) All arms of the Briscoe Road junctions with Parsonage Road and Mygrove Road

ii) All arms of the Chase Cross Road junctions with Ascension Road and Faircross Avenue

iii) All arms of the Briscoe Road junctions with Parsonage Road and Mygrove Road

iv) All arms of the Pretoria Road junctions with Oak Street

v) All arms of the Oak Street junction with Mildmay Road

vi) All arms of the Oak Street junction with Oak Court and the western extremity of Oak Street

vii) Oak Street fronting the vehicle crossover to no. 23

viii) All arms of the Gubbins Lane junction with Saxon Close extending into Saxon Close on its southern side to front no. 11

ix) The whole unrestricted area of the western side of Birch Close

x) Askwith Road to the side of Pangea Court fronting Samara Court and no. 2

xi) Litchfield Terrace opposite the junction of Worcester Avenue

xii) All arms of the Litchfield Terrace and Worcester Avenue junction extending along the western side of Worcester Avenue to front no. 1

xiii) Both sides of Canterbury Avenue at its junction with Worcester Avenue

xiv) Aldborough Road fronting the raised kerb area between nos. 62 and 64

xv) Moray Way fronting no. 16

xvi) All arms of the Sheila Road and Sheila Close junction

xvii) Sheila Close outside nos. 2 and 4, 5 and 7 and 10

xviii) New Zealand Way fronting nos. 58 and 60 and 62 and 64

xix) The whole of Kelburn Way and all arms of its junctions with Dominion Way and New Zealand Way

xx) All arms of the junction of Avenue Road and Avenue Close extending into Avenue Close to cover the whole of the northern side of the east to west arm

xxi) Avenue Close outside nos. 2 and 4, 6 and 8, 1 and 3 and 5 and 7 and to the rear of no. 7 Blanchard Mews

xxii) Lakeside, outside nos. 5 to 9, 13 and 15, 6, 21 and 23, 14 and 16, 18 and 20, 22, 33 and 35, 37, 45 and 47, 53 and 55, 66 and 68, 70 and 72, 74, 78 and 80, 93, 117, 94 and 96 and 98 and 100

xxiii) All arms of the Boundary Road, Upminster, junction with Tyrells Close, to cover the vehicular access to Sacred Heart of Mary School, to cover the vehicular access between nos. 21 and 23 and 25 and 27, all arms of the junction with Windmill Close, to cover the vehicular access between nos. 69 and 71 and 73 and 75 and to cover the rear access to no. 24 Brookdale Avenue

xxiv) Brookdale Avenue to cover the vehicular access between nos. 29 and 23 and nos. 51 and 57

xxv) Brookdale Close to the front and side of nos. 8, 12 and 20

xxvi) Winifred Avenue to the side of no. 57 Suttons Lane

xxvii) Suttons Lane, across the vehicular access to no. 45

g) Extend no waiting at any time restrictions on:

i) Wingletye Lane, opposite no. 402

ii) Brackendale Gardens outside nos. 1 and 2

iii) Northumberland Avenue to the sides of nos. 67 and 69

iv) Rom Crescent to the south of no. 1

v) Askwith Road to the side of no. 87 New Road and fronting Able House

vi) Sunnyside Gardens fronting nos. 37 to 41

vii) Willow Street to the side of the Mawney Arms Public House

viii) Lakeside fronting no. 86

ix) Boundary Road, Upminster to cover the vehicular access to Hillmount Court

x) Boundary Road, Upminster to the side of no. 54 St Marys Lane, no. 2 extending to cover the north-eastern side of Tyrells Close

xi) Boundary Road, Upminster to the side of no. 22 Brookdale Avenue

xii) Randall Drive to the side of nos. 8 and 10 Suttons Lane

xiii) Winifred Avenue to cover the vehicular access to the side of no. 1

xxviii) Suttons Lane fronting nos. 27 to 35, 41 and 43 and the Hornchurch Care Home

xxix) Dawes Avenue to the side on no. 39 Suttons Lane

h) Introduce a school keep clear marking on Wingletye Lane fronting Nelmes School

i) Introduce a loading bay on Askwith Road to the side of Pangea Court

j) Introduce a loading area on Wilson Close to the rear of nos.13 to 19 Station Road

k) Remove a section of residents parking bay outside no. 25 Oak Street and introduce a section of no waiting at any time restrictions

l) Remove a section of no waiting at any time restrictions on Rom Crescent outside no. 5

m) Introduce residents parking bays for the HWB area in Avenue Close to the side of no. 97 Avenue Road, extending to the rear of no. 8 Blanchard Mews, to the rear of no. 7 Blanchard Mews, outside nos. 2, 4, 6 and 8

n) Change the use of the existing free parking bay in Winifred Avenue, to the side of no. 57 Suttons Lane to a pay and display parking bay, operational Monday to Saturday 8am to 6.30pm

o) Change the use of the existing free parking bay in Dawes Avenue, to the side of no. 37 Suttons Lane to a pay and display parking bay, operational Monday to Saturday 8am to 6.30pm

p) Introduce an at any time loading ban on all arms of the Suttons Lane junctions with Randall Drive, Winifred Avenue and Dawes Avenue

q) Change the use of the existing pay and display parking bay on Suttons Lane, outside nos. 43 and 45 to a loading bay
