Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 16/09/2025 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 15/10/2025, I, Caroline Jane West, Wayside, Stockwell Lane, Little Meadle, Aylesbury HP17 9UG, Divorced/Civil Partnership dissolved and a British Citizen under section 11(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name of Caroline Jane Egerton and assumed the name of Caroline Jane West.
