BLOCK TRANSFER OF INSOLVENCY CASES

Notice is hereby given that, on 25 November 2025 before District Judge Banks and sealed by the Court on 26 November 2025 (Block Transfer Order), Claire Louise Dwyer (IP number 9329) (Outgoing Office-Holder) was removed as Office Holder in the cases listed in the Schedule below and Neil Henry (IP number 8622) of Lines Henry Limited, 5 Tabley Court, Victoria Street, Altrincham WA14 1EZ (the Replacement Office-Holder) was appointed as Office Holder in her place as specified below. All removals and replacement appointments were made with immediate effect.

Notification

The creditors in each of the cases listed in the Schedule below be notified of the Block Transfer Order by advertisement in the London Gazette within 21 days from the date of the Block Transfer Order. The creditors in each of the cases listed in the Schedule below shall be given further notice at the time of the next statutory reporting requirement for each case.

Any creditor in respect of any of the companies listed in the Schedule below who has an objection to the Block Transfer Order shall have 21 days from the date of the publication of Advertisement to apply to court to set aside or vary the terms of the Block Transfer Order. Such application shall not affect the transfer of the cases listed in the Schedule below until further or other order by the court.

In respect of the company matters appearing in the Schedule, notification of the transfer shall be given to the Registrar of Companies within 28 days from the date of the Block Transfer Order.

Claire Louise Dwyer shall receive her release as Liquidator 21 days after the date of the publication of this advertisement, save that such release may be subject to further order in the event of an application by any creditor as referred to above, in so far as her release relates to the specific case which is subject to that application.
