CommScope UK Intermediate Holdings II LP

Notice is hereby given pursuant to section 10(1) of the Limited Partnership Act 1907 that effective on December 2, 2025, CommScope North Carolina, LLC (previously, CommScope, Inc. of North Carolina) shall transfer its entire interest in CommScope UK Intermediate Holdings II LP, a Limited Partnership registered in England and Wales with registered number LP020142, to ARRIS Technology, Inc. (the “New Limited Partner”).

Consequently, on that date, as a result of the transfer CommScope North Carolina, LLC shall cease to be a limited partner of CommScope UK Intermediate Holdings II LP, and the New Limited Partner will become the limited partner of CommScope UK Intermediate Holdings II LP.
