Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 15/04/2025 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 07/10/2025, MATHEW JOHN QUAKE of 97 Hatherop Road, Hampton TW12 2RQ, Married/Civil Partnership and a British Citizen, under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name MATHEW JOHN QUAECK and assumed the name MATHEW JOHN QUAKE.
