“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Steven Edward Butt (IP No. 9108) and James Douglas Ernle Money (IP No. 8999) both of Menzies LLP, 4th Floor, 95 Gresham Street, London, EC2V 7AB be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of winding up the Company and that they be authorised to act either jointly or separately.”
