Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 04/11/2024 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 13/10/2025, as person(s) having parental responsibility on behalf of Leila Marie Schembri-Midgley, who is a child and single and a British Citizen under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name of Leila Marie Midgley and assumed the name of Leila Marie Schembri-Midgley.
