Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 08/12/2023 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 22/09/2025 as person having parental responsibility on behalf of HAIDER ISHAQ, who is a child, single, and a British Citizen, under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of MUHAMMAD HAIDER ISHAQ and assumed the name of HAIDER ISHAQ.
