The Trustees of the Metaswitch Plan are in the process of winding-up the Metaswitch Plan and are providing formal notice under Section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925.

The Trustees are placing this notice to allow any potential members or beneficiaries of the Metaswitch Plan who are not known to the Trustees to come forward before the winding-up is completed.

The Trustees of the Metaswitch Plan request that: (a) any employee or former employee of Metaswitch Networks Ltd (formerly known as Data Connection Limited) or, if such a person is deceased, (b) the spouse/civil partner, child or dependant of that person, who in either case is (or thinks they might be) entitled to benefits under the Metaswitch Plan and (c) any other person who believes they may have a claim against the Metaswitch Plan, provides written particulars of any such entitlement or claim to the Trustees of the Metaswitch Plan by emailing catalina.esler@weareigg.com, within two months of the date of publication of this notice. Please include your contact details and details of the benefits to which you think you are entitled.

It is important to note that the Trustees will only have regard to claims of which they have prior notice and will not be liable to any person whose claim has not been notified to them within two months of the date of publication of this notice.

If you have already received correspondence from the Trustees in respect of either the transfer to the Aviva Master Trust or the winding-up of the Metaswitch Plan, you do not need to write to the Trustees as they already have details about your entitlement.
