(the "Partnership")

Registered in Scotland, Registered Number SL011256

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, (1) PSS-GCM Grosvenor Opportunities Fund, L.P, (2) TPP-GCM Grosvenor Opportunities Fund, L.P., and (3) Customized Infrastructure Strategies (Cayman) SPV, L.P has transferred their entire interest in the Partnership to Aghinagh Limited.

As a result of the transfer, each of (1) PSS-GCM Grosvenor Opportunities Fund, L.P, (2) TPP-GCM Grosvenor Opportunities Fund, L.P., and (3) Customized Infrastructure Strategies (Cayman) SPV, L.P. have ceased to be a limited partner of the Partnership and Aghinagh Limited has been admitted as a limited partner of the Partnership.
