Hillingdon Council gives notice that on 14th November 2025 it made the above Orders to:
1. Install 'at any time' waiting restrictions in sections of roads as set out in the Schedule to this notice below.
2. Install blue badge disabled parking bays at the following locations:
i) Outside No. 16 Priory Way, Harmondsworth
ii) Outside No. 103 Balmoral Drive, Hayes
iii) Outside No. 30 Woolacombe Way, Hayes
iv) Outside No. 55 Tudor Road, Hayes
v) Outside No. 16 Cromwell Road, Hayes
vi) Outside No. 48 Skipton Drive, Hayes
vii) Outside No. 4 St David Close, Cowley
viii) Outside No. 37 Barra Hall Road, Hayes
ix) Outside No. 120 Woolacombe Way, Hayes
x) Outside No. 70 Bishops Road, Hayes
xi) Opposite No. 10 Radnor Grove, Hillingdon
xii) Outside No. 169 / 171 Tolcarne Drive, Northwood Hills
xiii) Outside No. 30 Brickett Close, Ruislip
xiv) Opposite No. 9 Standale Grove, Ruislip
3. Remove the redundant blue badge disabled parking bays at the following locations:
i) Outside No. 42 Barnstaple Road, Ruislip
ii) Outside No. 45 Woodville Gardens, Ruislip
iii) Outside No. 26 Drayton Gardens, West Drayton
iv) Outside No. 2 Huxley Close, Uxbridge
v) Outside No. 47 Bedford Avenue, Hayes
vi) Outside No. 71 Botwell Lane, Hayes
vii) Outside No. 32 Ashdown Road, Hillingdon in Radnor Grove.
viii) Outside No. 26 Flamborough Road, Ruislip
ix) Outside No. 25 Tudor Road, Hayes
4. Revise the previous proposals for ‘at any time’ waiting restrictions at the junction of South Road and South Close, West Drayton. Reduce the previously proposed restrictions outside No. 1 South Close to begin a point 6.9 metres southeast of the common boundary of Nos. 1 and 3 South Close to the junction with South Road.
5. Install sections of waiting restrictions operational ‘Monday to Friday 7.30am to 10am and 2.30pm to 6pm’ on Charville Lane, Hayes between the junctions of Raeburn Road and Bury Avenue.
6. Remove a section of the Zone C1 permit holder parking place outside No. 41 St Peters Road, Cowley and replace with ‘Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm’ waiting restrictions.
7. Formalise the existing dual use disabled parking and goods vehicle loading bay outside Nos. 14 to 18 Botwell Lane, Hayes.
8. Make permanent the changes set out within the experimental traffic order advertised on the 19th February 2025, to amend the times of operation of charges within “Ruislip Lido – Willow Lawn Car Park” and “Ruislip Lido - Main Car Park” as set out below:

Copies of the Orders which will come into operation on 24th November 2025 can be seen by appointment at the Civic Centre, Uxbridge during normal office hours, for six weeks following the date on which this notice is published. Copies of the Orders can be obtained from the Transport & Projects team, by email parkingmanagementschemes@hillingdon.gov.uk. If any person wishes to question the validity of these Orders or any of the provisions on the grounds that it or they are not within the powers conferred by the Act, or that any requirement of the Act or of any instrument made under the Act has not been complied with, that person may, within 6 weeks from the date on which these Orders were made, apply for the purpose to the High Court.

SCHEDULE – INSTALLATION OF 'AT ANY TIME' WAITING RESTRICTIONS
PACKET BOAT LANE, COWLEY
i) Both sides on the approaches to Little Britain Bridge.
ii) At the junction with High Road, Cowley, extending on the southeastern side of the road converting existing waiting restrictions to double yellow lines.
iii) At the junction with Old Mill Lane, extending westwards to the western extent of the adopted highway of Packet Boat Lane.
OLD MILL LANE, COWLEY – At the junction with Packet Boat Lane
HIGH ROAD, COWLEY – Both sides of the road at the junction with Packet Boat Lane.
PARK VIEW ROAD, HILLINGDON – At the junction with the service road fronting Nos. 22 to 84.
ICKENHAM ROAD, RUISLIP – Access Road leading behind Station Parade, extend the existing double yellow lines to include the area outside Nos. 1 and 2 Station Parade up to the existing single yellow lines.
WARLEY AVENUE, HAYES – Extend the existing double yellow lines adjacent to No. 17 Shakespear Avenue by 5 metres northwestwards.
SIPSON ROAD, SIPSON – All of the layby forming a junction leading to the Holiday Inn hotel.
LANSBURY DRIVE, HAYES – Along the southwestern side of the road at the junction with Raynton Drive.
RAYNTON DRIVE, HAYES – At the junction with the southwestern kerbline of Lansbury Drive.
WINDSOR AVENUE, HILLINGDON – At the junction with Long Lane.
LONG LANE, HILLINGDON – At the junction with Windsor Avenue.
GRESHAM ROAD, HILLINGDON – Extend the existing double yellow lines at the junction with Glisson Road adjacent to No. 62 Gresham Road by 15.1 metres.
BINSTEAD CLOSE, HAYES – Extend the existing double yellow lines outside Nos. 20 to 22 Binstead Close by 8.8 metres southeastwards.
SWAKELEYS ROAD, ICKENHAM – On the southwestern corner of the junction of the service road fronting Nos. 197 to 207 Swakeleys Road.
GREAT BENTY, WEST DRAYTON – At the junction between Nos. 60 and 60c/d Great Benty.
CHURCH WALK, HAYES – All of the adopted Highway of Church Walk southeast of the southeastern flank wall of Nos. 1 to 8 Herne Close.
THE UPLANDS, RUISLIP – Extend the existing double yellow lines outside No. 9 The Uplands to a distance of 15 metres from the eastern kerbline of College Drive.
