Notice is given pursuant to section 226(1) of the Isle of Man Companies Act 1931, as applied by section 182 of the Isle of Man Companies Act 2006 that the following Written Resolutions of the Shareholders were duly passed on the 10 November 2025 and a Meeting of Creditors of the Company was held on 10 November 2025. Shareholders resolved “THAT the Company be wound up by Creditors Voluntary Liquidation” and “THAT Gordon Wilson of FRP Advisory (Isle of Man) Ltd be appointed Liquidator of the Company”.
If you believe that you are a creditor of the Company, please contact FRP Advisory (Isle of Man) Ltd for a proof of debt form at 6th Floor, Victory House, Prospect Hill, Douglas, Isle of Man, IM1 1EQ. The final date for proving claims is 4 December 2025. Pursuant to The Companies (Winding Up) Rules 1934 R83(1) failure to prove your debt may result in exclusion from the benefit of any distribution made in the liquidation.
