Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925 that the Trustee is winding-up the Fund.

Any employee or former employee of: Richard Ellis, Richard Ellis Group Limited, Richard Ellis Holdings Limited, Richard Ellis Service Limited, Richard Ellis (incorporating Hepper Robinson) Limited, Richard Ellis Structured Finance Limited, Richard Ellis Midlands Limited, Richard Ellis Regional Limited, Richard Ellis Venture Consultants Limited, St. Quintin, St Quintin (Management Services) Limited, Richard Ellis St Quintin Limited, Insignia Richard Ellis Limited, Insignia Richard Ellis Facilities Management Limited, Insignia Hotels Limited, Insignia Financial Services Limited, CBRE Limited, and CB Richard Ellis Limited, (with business conducted in London, Manchester, Yorkshire, Scotland and Birmingham) who believes that he or she was a member of the Fund is requested to write to XPS Group, PO Box 562, Middlesbrough,TS1 9JA to make a claim.

Claimants should provide their full name, address, date of birth, NI number and details of when they worked for the employer(s) named above. If any other person believes they have a claim against or an interest in the Fund, they are requested to write to the same address setting out full particulars of their claim. Please quote the Fund name in all correspondence.

All claims must be received by 12 January 2026. After this date, the Trustee will proceed to complete the wind-up of the Fund and secure benefits for any remaining beneficiaries, having regard only to the claims and interests of which they have prior notice. The Trustee shall not be liable to any person of whose claims and demands they have not had notice.

Any person who has been contacted by the Trustee at their current address or has already made a claim and received a response need not re-apply to the Trustee.
