At a general meeting of the above-named Charity (charity number: 1172875), duly convened, and held at 10.00 am on 29 October 2025, the following resolutions were duly passed as a Special and an Ordinary Resolution, respectively:

“That it has been resolved by special resolutions that the Charity be wound up voluntarily and that Charles Hamilton Turner (IP No. 9195) and Mark Boast (IP No. 31930) both of Opus Restructuring LLP, 322 High Holborn, London, WC1V 7PB be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the charity for the purpose of such winding up.”

At the subsequent meeting of creditors held at the same place on the same date, the resolutions were ratified confirming the appointment of Charles Hamilton Turner and Mark Boast as joint liquidators.
